Earn money for referrals as well as personal development opportunities...
Members can earn cash for referrals:
  • $50 for referring anyone that signs a lease in an Arrival Home.
  • $200 for referring anyone who sells their house to Arrival Homes LLC.
Members can earn up to $200/year in rent vouchers for going to self improvement classes that interest them. This is an opportunity to learn more about an area that could help your family.

The courses and a description can be found below. You can register for the course that interests you, complete the course and receive a certificate, and show the certificate to receive your rent voucher to be used toward rent when you choose.

• First Time Homebuyer Class – this class is a step-by-step guide for purchasing a home.
     Cost: $199
     Rent Voucher: $100

•Financial Fitness Training – this training can sharpen your money management skills and increase your net worth.
     Cost: $25
     Rent Voucher: $50

• Within Our Reach or PICK Course – a class for couples to build on existing strengths and relationship skills.
     Cost: FREE
     Rent Voucher: $100

•Marriage Enrichment Class – These classes are designed to equip married couples with relationship skills and practical tools that you can use to build up your relationship.
     Cost: FREE
     Rent Voucher: $100

•Relationship and Parenting 1 Day Class – This specially designed program will strengthen and create better relationships with your mate and with your children. The class is interactive and engaging with hands-on, skill-building activities for both parents.
     Cost: FREE
     Rent Voucher: $25
